Your data.Your framework.Your analysis.

Upload your SIE files, define your financial reporting, and pivot seamlessly in an analytics environment with an Excel feel.

How it works

Three steps from accounting to insight.

1

Upload SIE file

Upload your SIE files on your own, whenever you want. No IT project, no integration — you have full control over what data is loaded, and when it's updated.

2

Build structure, map accounts

Build the income statement, balance sheet and cash flow that match your business. The mapping is yours — it carries forward to every new period and can be rebuilt anytime without breaking anything.

3

Explore in the pivot

Explore your income statement, balance sheet and cash flow. The feel of a spreadsheet, the power of a BI tool — time intelligence, movements and balances, down to account, dimension and transaction.

Where FinPeak makes the biggest difference

Closing & reporting

Your reporting structure and account mapping live in one place. When accounts are added, removed, or need remapping, you update it once — no chasing formulas across workbooks, no calling the system vendor to change a report. The numbers flow dynamically from your accounting data into the framework you've defined, so every close starts from the same controlled foundation instead of a rebuilt spreadsheet. Less manual work, less risk, and a structure that holds month after month.

Ad hoc analysis

When a question comes up — why is OPEX up this quarter, how cash has moved per project, where margin is trending — you move from total, to account, to the underlying transaction in the same view. Switch between monthly change, YTD, or a rolling twelve months; break the cash flow down by dimension; pivot by period or line item — all without leaving the page. The slow part — the structure, the mapping, the aggregations you'd otherwise rebuild for every question — is already done. You're left with just the analysis.

Financial due diligence

Diligence demands a clear framework, traceable bridges from each number down to accounts and transactions, and an honest view of how every line builds up to the key valuation metrics. FinPeak keeps these definitions visible and consistent for you — the logic behind each figure is yours, and it's never hidden. Sellers can structure their numbers with confidence before opening a data room; buyers can analyze a target, or compare several on a consistent basis, with full control over how every figure is built and where it comes from.

Review & assurance

Whether it's a full review, an internal control check, or a quick sanity pass, FinPeak is a clean starting point — one consistent data cube instead of scattered workbooks. Every line is traceable down to the accounts and transactions beneath it, so completeness, accuracy, and classification can be tested at the source, not taken on faith. The definitions behind materiality thresholds, risks, and assumptions rest on a structure that's solid from the ground up, and the path from summary to source verification stays clear throughout.

Who benefits from FinPeak?

Controlling & Analysis

You own the monthly reports, the variance analyses, everything management wants "fast and right". In Excel, every new period turns into a puzzle of cells, formulas, and version control — and your most valuable time goes into making the numbers tie out, not understanding what they're telling you. FinPeak keeps the structure and mapping in one place, so the numbers are ready, and your time goes to the analysis instead.

Finance Leadership

You stand behind the numbers externally, and you need to trust they're right — to understand how they're built, and answer follow-up questions without waiting until tomorrow. With FinPeak, the logic behind every figure is visible and traceable, so you're never dependent on one person or one spreadsheet to know how the business is doing. And for leaders who want to bring their team out of silos — or simply grow their knowledge — the same transparency makes it possible, giving everyone better insight into the areas around their own.

Advisory & Accounting

You work across many clients, each with their own chart of accounts and reporting needs — rarely structured the way you'd want. Sometimes you follow the client's structure exactly; sometimes you lay your own logic over the whole portfolio for consistency. FinPeak lets you do both, and the value to your client is how fast you move from raw data to insight — consistently, across every engagement.

Product
Frankly — there isn't really an implementation. A core principle of FinPeak is that starting to use a new finance system shouldn't be a project in itself. To get started you need two things: access to your accounting data, and a clear picture of how you want it to come together — the line items, subtotals, and definitions that make up your reporting. We believe that's worth defining no matter which system you use — so if you've already done it, in another tool or as part of a budgeting process, building it in FinPeak takes about fifteen minutes. And if you haven't yet, it's a worthwhile thing to sit down with: understanding how your accounts and line items build up to the numbers you report.
Yes. You can work across multiple companies, with full control over the framework and mapping for each one. A consolidation module is in development — but the support for multiple companies already gives you a strong starting point for structured consolidation work.
